For me, this sport (Giant trevally fishing) is about the living moment - journeying to the ends of the ocean and experiencing the beauty of turquoise reef ecosystems with genuine respect as an angler.

I'm Jonathan, founder of Beyond Concept. My story isn't one of sudden inspiration. It's the slow, honest accumulation of an obsession with Giant Trevally angling - one journey, one cast, one lesson at a time.

My experience spans both retail and manufacturing sectors. In practice, that means I've spent much of my career paying close attention to how things are made and how they perform. Those industries taught me something I carry into everything I do: details are never just details. They're everything.

I'll admit - I'm a gear head. I'm the kind of person who can spend hours chasing the perfect balance in a rod setup, tweaking and testing and refining until everything finally clicks. When the gear comes together just right? That feeling is hard to put into words.

That's why I created BC+. It's a space for traveling Giant Trevally anglers who share this obsession. Think of it as a curated world where like minded sport fishing enthusiasts from across the globe can find gear selected with genuine intent and real-world experience. This isn't a catalogue.
